Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all rides booked with VIP Swiss Ride, a brand of CityAirport Transfers AK Sàrl, Avenue de Mategnin 65, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland.

1. Booking

You can book a ride through our website, by phone or on WhatsApp. A request sent through the website is not yet binding. Your booking is confirmed once we confirm it to you.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially if you need a van. For urgent rides, please call us on +41 78 659 91 15.

2. Prices

Prices and travel times shown on our website are for guidance only. The fare we confirm for your booking is fixed and includes tolls, fuel and luggage. Child seats are free of charge. Night fares can differ slightly from day fares.

If you need extra stops or a detour, please tell us when you book so we can plan the time and include it in your fare.

3. Payment

You pay the driver directly. Every car has a card terminal for Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay cash in Swiss francs or euros.

4. Airport pickups and flight delays

Please give us your flight number when you book. We follow your arrival and adjust the pickup time if your flight is late. Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall at no extra cost.

5. Changes and cancellations

Please tell us about any change or cancellation as early as possible by calling or messaging us on +41 78 659 91 15. This lets us rearrange the schedule of our drivers.

6. Luggage, skis and child seats

Normal luggage is included. Please tell us in advance about skis, sports equipment, instruments or other bulky items so we can send a suitable vehicle. Baby seats and booster seats are free on request.

7. Data protection

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
